Return & Refund Policy — Global Prime Essential 

1. Overview At Global Prime Essential (globalprimeessential.shop), your satisfaction is our priority. We partner with Tradelle (app.tradelle.io) for product sourcing and fulfillment. Please read this policy carefully as return eligibility and timelines are influenced by our fulfillment process.

2. Return Eligibility You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Opened beauty or personal care products
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@globalprimeessential.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed

4. Fulfillment via Tradelle Our products are sourced and fulfilled through Tradelle (app.tradelle.io). This means:

  • Return shipping addresses will be provided upon approval and may vary by product
  • Processing times may be slightly longer than domestic returns due to international fulfillment
  • We coordinate directly with Tradelle on your behalf — you only need to contact us

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately — no need to return the item in most cases. Simply email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 3 business days.

7. Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send the correct item at no extra cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times vary

9. TikTok Orders Orders placed through our TikTok Shop are subject to the same return and refund policy above. For TikTok-specific disputes, you may also use TikTok's built-in buyer protection process.
